We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
You will provide consult to business and HR stakeholders on talent acquisition related topics, including marketplace trends, talent availability, and sourcing and selection strategies while also ensuring legal compliance and resolution of any recruitment related needs.
Your main responsibilities are:
Lead recruitment strategy including several sources for a variety of different professional profiles.
Lead hiring process for union members interacting with several internal and external counterparts.
Assign workload among the team and monitor progress using ATS and dashboards to meet timeline.
Develop an attractive EVP that captures the best talent.
Lead Internship Program recruitment for Argentina.
Develop external talent pipelines.
Handle recruiting processes for leadership level.
Develop a unified onboarding experience for all new hires.
Coach and develop team members.
We expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
Requirements experiencie and skills:
Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Leader.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards.
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
Excellence in communication.
Planning ability and efficiency in resource organization.
Leadership and strategic thinking.
Fluency in English (Mandatory).
